What We Do
Lions Clubs International has one simple call. We serve. In Kilgore that means recognizing young people, supporting our schools, and doing steady work for our neighbors.
Student of the Month
We honor local students who lead, serve, and set the standard for the ones coming up behind them.
Guests & Programs
Every week brings a speaker or guest from the community, from the Rangerettes to local leaders.
Giving Back Locally
The money we raise goes straight back into Kilgore, to the causes and people our members know by name.
Christmas Project
The Kilgore Lions Christmas Project
Last year our club bought clothing for 127 children and gave food boxes to about 50 families here in Kilgore. We budget $40 for each child, so $200 covers five children and $2,000 covers fifty. This year our Halloween Carnival raffle is raising money to do it again.
We also need cakes for the Cake Wheel at the carnival. Drop them off at the club on Halloween Day starting at 4:00 PM, or call Darrin Mallett at 903-987-1159.
Our People
The 2026–2027 Board
Neighbors, business owners, retirees, and volunteers. This is who keeps the lights on.
